African Mango Plus Ingredients

Hot New African Mango Plus Ingredients to blast fat fast!

There are a couple of things you need to ask yourself before you buy a weight loss supplement. The first thing you need to look for is the ingredient list(ASK). This way, you will avoid many inconveniences that could pop.

The same way started Angelica from Texas. After 3 months of using African Mango, she decided to write us.

“It’s official, today I reached my goal. Before I started my journey to lose weight, I wrote down my goal. It was 60 pounds. It had a huge motivational impact. But, it wasn’t always easy.”

“This last month had been particularly very HARD. I had little to no time at all to even think about what I should eat. Being a single mom, you could say I have two jobs. So this month I quit altogether thinking about dieting. I ate everything… no restrictions!”

“For someone who used to diet all the time, this month I’ve fallen off the wagon many, many times. Yet by the end of the month, when I drew the line… the scale showed 15 pounds less. How is that even possible?”

“It got me thinking and it hit me! Although I ate everything I could get my hands on, I remembered I wasn’t finishing the whole plate. This is probably why I’ve managed to lose weight by eating anything I wanted. African Mango sure did its job, while I was busy doing my work and taking care of my two children.”

Before we share with you the ingredient list of African mango, let me ask you… did you write down your weight loss goal on a piece of paper? It may sound stupid, you might be afraid of somebody seeing it… but so what? That only adds to your determination. Letting other people know, look, this is how much I want to lose in X months.

On to the ingredient list. This is exactly what African Mango plus contains. Nothing more… nothing less. We’re not going to hide anything thing from you.

So, each serving of African mango plus has:

  • 150mg african mango extract
  • 225mg Green tea leaf extract
  • 135mg of EGCG (we’ll explain later what it is)
  • 200mg caffeine
  • Chromium 75mcg
  • L-theanine

African mango was recently discovered, although used by Cameroon natives as a way to increase their energy during the hunt, to have many medicinal benefits. African mango was proven to:

  • Suppress appetite by lowering the C-reactive protein and leptin levels in the body
  • Increase metabolism by raising your overall body temperature
  • Lower T-cholesterol as well as the “bad-cholesterol” levels
  • Lower the glucose levels

Concerning green tea, there are hundreds of researches done, not only to see its weight loss benefits. Green tea for one is widely known as an anti-oxidant, one of the best. But it is also related to cancer prevention (inhibiting cancer cells of developing), it was found to reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease, tooth decay, it was found to reduce the risk of rheumatoid arthritis, but the two most important ones that concern us are:

  • Fat-oxidation (breaking the fat molecules into smaller ones, so our body can use them as energy source)
  • Increases metabolism (a process called thermogenesis – you burn more calories throughout the day)

The EGCG (Epigallocatechin gallate) is a potent anti-oxidant found in abundance in green tea. It was found very efficient in treating brain, prostate, cervical and bladder cancer.

African mango plus also contains caffeine. Let’s see the good, the bad and the ugly of caffeine.

The main issue with caffeine is that you may experience jitters in the first few days. After that, your body will get used to it. As a good mental note, please remember not to drink coffee if you plan on using African mango.

On the other hand, caffeine is a FDA approved product for treating headaches and even migraines. It’s also very effective for:

  • Improving mental alertness
  • Improving athletic performance
  • Preventing dizziness when you try to stand up
  • Preventing Parkinson’s disease
  • It prevents gallstones. Preventing the formation of gallstones is actually very dosage dependent. The optimal amount of caffeine per day was discovered to be around 800mg.

Chromium is a mineral little known to us, but it was proven to enhance the effectiveness of insulin, reduces body fat and at the same time increases lean (muscle) mass.

L-theanine is an amino acid found primarily in tea plants. It works against the stimulatory effects of caffeine on the nervous system. It produces alpha waves in our brain, creating a deep state of relaxation and mental focus like you would find yourself after meditation.

It also:

  • Improves memory
  • Improves learning ability
  • Increases anti-tumor activity
  • Immediate stress relief

Bottom line, all the ingredients in the African Mango plus capsules are natural and blended together to give you a powerful combination for you lose weight faster and with no side-effects.

African Mango Diet

How the New African Mango Diet made a Plain Woman Beautiful

snap your fingersIf you could snap your fingers and right in that instant have the weight you’ve always dreamed of, how would that feel?

How would you look like? What would you like to do, knowing you have that gorgeous look? Who would you help out? Where would you like to go? What can you see yourself wearing?

But we don’t have magic fingers don’t we? No we don’t! The fact is, though, things aren’t all that bad and just by a simple step in the right direction, just by becoming conscious of the little tweaks you could make right now in your life, you could wake up tomorrow eager to enjoy all the experiences you can think of.

Don’t mistake this as a sign of marginalization of your problem. Being overweight is not a small problem. It affects so many parts of your life. Mastering the ability to reshape your body, reshape your whole life, is a skill. And just as any other skill … it can be taught by implementing new habits; creating new paths, creating highways over the old paths.

But this doesn’t happen overnight… much like a highway construction which takes years, getting rid of old habits is not an easy task. Luckily there’s a way around it… the African Mango Diet.

Linda Johnson, from Kentucky, wrote us her story. If you could take a quick peek at her life a year ago, you could tell she wasn’t the happiest woman on the block.

“I’ve been working very hard on a new contract. It gave us very little time for ourselves. We came in early and left way after the cleaning lady. Basically, my eating habits went out the window. I almost never ate in the morning and after a hard day’s work, eating out was the only way I could think of to relax.”

jeans don't fit

“The day I finished that project, we left work rather early. So, rather happy with myself for doing a good job, I wanted to treat myself. So what’s a single 31 years old woman to do? Go to the mall shopping!”

“I wanted to buy a new dress for myself”, she told us. “But when I tried it on… it wouldn’t fit… I was officially a size 12! I stormed out of the store, seeing clearly that I let myself drift. I lost sight of the things that made me happy before. I used to love going swimming and now I’m too ashamed to look myself into the mirror! I used to love summer dresses and now I can hardly wear one…”

“After hearing about African Mango on TV, I jumped on the internet seeking more information about it. Listening to your recommendations and advice, I gave it a try and I don’t regret a single moment! With my busy schedule I could hardly squeeze in a couple of minutes for some exercise routines in the morning. What I really wanted was a way for me to eat less and have more energy throughout the day.”

“The first time I noticed African Mango Plus works was the time I ordered my usual pasta at the restaurant. Usually I would eat the whole thing, but I was full by half of it. And that’s great! I’m not feeling hungry anymore, I don’t stop to buy a pie, I can be around food and not crave.”

“The second time I noticed it works was when I first jumped on the scale, to see the results. I was so afraid of failure that I simply refused to weight myself!”

“With my feet shaking, I stepped on my digital scale.”

“Whaaaat?!!”

“150lbs!”

“I got off, hoping it wasn’t a glitch. When I got back on it, it was the same… 150lbs! I’ve lost 5.5lbs in just 2 weeks!”

“It was amazing!”

“8 weeks later I was already down to 125.5lbs. I was feeling fantastic!”

“I’m very happy now, I’m more confident meeting new clients now (one actually made me a compliment by telling me I’m beautiful – which NEVER happens) and I’m not embarrassed buying dresses anymore.”

African Mango Benefits

African Mango is a stunning weight loss supplement that can significantly improve your weight loss efforts. But don’t take our word for it!

Dr. Tanya Edwards, M.D., tried the African Mango extract herself and reported: “I lost 7 pounds without making any changes in my usual healthy diet and exercise routine! I began recommending it to my patients who needed to lose weight, especially if they had high cholesterol and/or diabetes.”

Dr. Mehmet Oz named it, on his award-winning show, the Dr. Oz show, a “breakthrough supplement” and a “miracle in your medicine cabinet”.

The African Mango weight loss pill works on multiple levels. Before I go into detail, let me ask you first, when you think about losing weight, how do you consider you could accomplish that?

Naturally, you could think about eating less (eat what you want and don’t even think about trying some restrictive diets that simply do more harm than help), exercising and of course positive thinking… because without it, whatever you build today, may collapse tomorrow just like a card castle.

And wouldn’t you absolutely want to try a natural supplement that would simply do all the hard work for you?

So how does African Mango work?

First of all, it acts as an appetite suppressant and stomps cravings. It is possible to do this because it was proven to be a very effective extract in down regulating the leptin and C – Reactive protein in our system. Leptin is the hormone in our body, directly proportional to the number of fat cells we have, which signals our brain when to stop eating.

But if the leptin level is proportional to the fat cells in our system, then overweight people should be feeling full all the time. So what is going on then?

You see, overweight people tend to develop a resistance for leptin. Because there is such a high level of leptin, our system treats it like an infection and more C – reactive protein is produced which blocks leptin. Overweight people don’t know when to stop eating because the leptin in our bloodstream never reaches the brain.

The second most important thing African Mango will do for you, if you decide to invest in this weight loss supplement, is to elevate your body temperature, thus increasing your metabolism. Although you could to exactly the same things as you would normally do, your caloric expenditure will increase, resulting in a bigger caloric expenditure vs caloric intake deficit. This will help you lose weight faster and faster!

If you wish to try African Mango you should buy from a reputable company that offers you above all, a quality ingredient product. Do not let yourself be fooled by low cost African mango pills. Companies that have such low price tags are either throwing cash out the window (doubtful) or they provide you with low quality African mango extract, meaning you will be the one losing money, not them!

Look for the official African mango plus website. They offer 90-day money back guarantee as well as a free membership in their weight loss fitness program. More importantly, it is a secure website; there will be no recurring payments and you can also insure your shipment. Remember! This option to insure your shipment is placed by default. If you do not wish to insure the shipment, before you click the order button, check the decline checkbox.

African Mango - No side Effects

African Mango Seeds

Can You Lose 28 Pounds Naturally Without Putting Your Health at Risk?

Because let’s face it, even though we are desperate to lose weight, we should do it naturally, without placing ourselves and our family at the risk of complications.

Weight loss drugs, although some of them work, have side effects that could make your days miserable while using them. This is why choosing a weight loss supplement that combines a variety of proven natural ingredients is much, much better. One such natural supplement comes from the miraculous seeds of the African Mango fruit.

The African Mango tree can be found in the tropical rainforests of Cameroon. Its uses are numerous… everything can be used in one form or another. The bark, due to its analgesic properties, has been found to ease tooth pains and tea made with it helps people with indigestions and diarrhea, while a paste made of it and some added water can be applied on the skin to calm pain.

From the African Mango fruit, people eat the pulp, loaded with minerals and vitamins, but also the seeds. Let me give you a quick fact. The daily recommendation of vitamin C for women is of 75 mg/day and 100 mL of African mango pulp contains 67mg of vitamin C. That’s nearly 90% of your daily dose of vitamin C in just 100 mL of this super-fruit!

African Mango seeds – a Weight Loss miracle from Africa

The African Mango seeds are classified as oilseeds and contain 66% crude fat, 2% minerals, 10% fiber, 11% carbohydrates, 8% protein and about 3% moisture. Because of the high percentage of crude fat, the kernels are high in fatty acids from the omega-6 and omega-3 families.

The omega-6 and omega-3 are fatty acids that our body can’t produce, so we have to take them from elsewhere and incorporate those types of foods in our diets. Not only that… but everybody’s talking about how we should balance the omega-6 to omega-3 ratio. The diets people use today have a 10:1 omega-6 to omega-3 ratio when actually it should be somewhere around 4:1.

Probably you’re wondering … so what? Well… it turns out that this imbalance is not a major factor in some common illness like cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, arthritis, mood disorders, but it definitely plays its role.

A recent study by the National Institute of Health concluded that a balanced omega-6/omega-3 ratio leads to:

  • Reduced risk of certain types of cancer
  • Reduced risk of arthritis
  • Improved mood
  • Reduced risk atherosclerosis

So why not have a balanced omega-6/omega-3 ratio when dieting to lose weight? You get all these extra benefits, free of cost!

If these are the extra benefits… the question is… what are the main benefits?

Recent study on IGOB131 (this is what the extract from the African mango seeds is called) reveals that it can actually help you lose weight… not just lose weight… you lose weight 40 times more than dieting alone!

It does so by raising your temperature just enough so during your day-by-day routines you actually spend more energy than the usual. Plus it acts as an appetite suppressant and crushes cravings.

The African mango extract regulates the leptin in your body, this is why you are able to eat less and stop craving. Let me explain you in a few words what this leptin does.

First of all, leptin is a hormone produced by our fat cells; the more fat cells we have – the more our leptin level rises. But if we go on a diet, our fat cells lose some fat, decreasing the production of leptin. When this happens, our brain triggers the starvation mode – it believes we don’t have sufficient energy. Now you start getting hungrier and hungrier… now you begin craving for pizza and after for some chocolate.

But the thing that happens is that overweight people develop a leptin resistance and actually have a high level of leptin in their body. This is where the African mango intervenes – it increases our leptin sensitivity. This leads to a natural eating habit (your brain will be able to tell when you’re full) and your starvation mode to seize – no more craving for pizza, no more craving for foods high in fat.

If you do wish to lose weight with the help of a dietary supplement like African mango, be careful and order the African mango weight loss supplement only from a reputable company who’s been around for some time. Also you should note that the price is reflected in the quality of the product… a company that sells African mango for just a few bucks is either tossing money out the window or the ingredients are of poor quality.

100% No Risk Money-Back Guarantee and a Free Membership in the Weight Loss Fitness Program

Order now from the official African Mango Plus website and you too can lose weight without putting yourself through the pain of dieting, starvation and constant struggle with the cravings.

If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply send the bottles back to the company and they will give you a full refund.

Does African Mango Work?

How a New Discovery from Africa Seems to Burn off Body Fat for Almost Everybody Who Tries It!

The dietary supplement business has shoot up in the recent years, becoming a $27 billion industry in the United States. And no wonder… obesity is now being called an epidemic with more than 35% of adults in the United States are estimated to be overweight and no less than 30% considered to be obese.

Overweight people worrying about their weight have every right to do so and they should, because they are more vulnerable and more exposed to type 2 diabetes, heart disease and stroke, certain types of cancer and even pregnancy complications; not to mention all the emotional and psychological stress that comes along with.

I myself was always worried what to wear, how to best hide my unsexy waist line and always… always sucking my tummy to fit into the jeans I was too stubborn to admit they were too tight for me.

When was the last time you’ve felt comfortable going at a party, not trying to come up with an excuse not to go or deciding very quickly what to wear? When was the last time you had a look into your closet, picked up a dress and said “will I ever fit into this dress again”?

If you want to lose up to 28 pounds of fat, flab and fluids in 10 weeks, then you should read on and discover the secret behind African Mango and how this simple and natural pill can help even you.

Stop wasting money on chemically produced weight loss pills that will do you more harm than help

No ordinary MangoThere are many weight loss supplements out on the market now, but not many of them are tested enough for effectiveness and safety. Your best case scenario when spending your money on a supplement like this is that it will not work. Worst case scenario? The list of possible side-effects is as long as the Chinese wall, from diarrhea, depression, seizures to even menstrual cycle disorders, bleeding nose, etc.

The thing is companies that develop such pills have nothing to lose if the so called weight loss supplements don’t work. They simply don’t care if all your hopes and dreams are shattered. While they are laughing at you with your hard-earned cash in their pockets, you’re still stuck jumping from one weight loss system to another.

This is why opting for an all-natural weight loss supplement is much better than all those chemically produced supplements; natural weight loss supplements like African Mango have no reported side-effects. Please check our page on African Mango side effects for more information.

But being natural means nothing if it doesn’t help you lose weight, right? So the question is… does African Mango work? Is African Mango proven to help you lose inches of your waist and hip?

The fact is, African Mango WAS PROVEN not just by one study, but by four studies to virtually destroy fat even from hard to reach areas like neck and chin.

Here is a report of the first study conducted in 2005. The conclusions were shocking! African Mango helped people lose 40 times more weight than dieting alone.

Have a look at our comprehensive African mango reviews if you wish to see the findings of those other 3 studies conducted.

For decades, the natives of Cameroon were using African Mango as means to stop their hunger while hunting and provide them with sufficient energy. The same principles after all those years are basically the same… But what are those principles?

So how does African Mango Work?

African Mango burns fat. It does so by raising your temperature (a process called thermogenesis) so your body can melt and flush that extra fat. In one study published in the year 2009, the volunteers being administered 150mg of African Mango reported weight loss on average of 28 pounds and a sudden 6.7 inches reduction of their waist.

Leptin sensitivity. Leptin is the enzyme that tells our brain when we are full. But overweight people develop a leptin resistance, so their brain is unable to tell when we are full. This happens because the leptin level is directly proportional to the fat in our body. And when is too much of it, our body treats leptin as an infection and produces C-reactive protein which in turn blocks leptin from reaching our brain.

African Mango is able to down-regulate our leptin level so it is no longer considered a threat to our body, the C-reactive protein level drops as well and our brain is yet again able to tell when we are full or not.

This whole process brings us to our fact number three.

African Mango is an appetite suppressant. But it’s not just an appetite suppressant as it is a natural way of knowing when to stop eating. No more eating till our bellies explode! From now on you will eat exactly as much as you need to eat and not go overboard.

Stomps cravings! With a combination of Green Tea and EGCG (green tea extract) you will no longer feel the excruciating pains of craving for chocolate or pizza. People who used African Mango reported they simply reward themselves with just one slice of pizza or two-three squares of chocolate every once in a while.

And if that’s not enough, you’ll have more energy and be more focused than ever before. What better way there is out there to lose weight than having less calorie intake and have greater energy expenditure? None… it ultimately reduces to that. But for that to work, you need the energy. The 200mg of caffeine and the green tea incorporated in the African Mango Plus supplement work together to give you the energy you need to work out and be more focused at work. Just remember you won’t have to drink coffee during the days when you take African Mango.

Achieve normal bowel movement and normal bowel habits. Being high in fiber (read the African Mango fruit post to see what nutrients this fruit has) the seeds of this fruit become a food source for the good bacteria in our colon. The good bacteria found in our digestive tract bolster our natural good health. You won’t experience constipation anymore or lose stools like some other products provoke.

Lower your blood sugar. As I mentioned in the beginning of the article, overweight people are more at risk of developing type II diabetes than people with a normal BMI. Again, being so high- fiber, this weight loss supplement will aid the process of insulin secretion and glucose absorption. The studies even concluded that you can drop your glucose levels by a sounding 23%.

Reduce your chances of cardiovascular diseases by lowering T-cholesterol, LDL cholesterol and increase the concentration of functional cholesterol HDL. Everybody should worry about having high cholesterol, but there is a higher chance that overweight people already have. Studies prove that this weight loss supplement can improve your HDL cholesterol by almost 49%, while at the same time lowering your bad cholesterol by 27.3% and total cholesterol by 26.2%.

African Mango Fruit

Bush MangoRecent research proved African Mango to help with a variety things. Four studies confirmed African Mango helps you lose weight, lowers cholesterol and blood sugar, increases leptin sensitivity, reduces C-reactive protein level and much more. You can read a full report on all the four studies conducted on our African Mango page.

But what makes this fruit tick that we can call it a superfruit? Read on to find what nutrients a superfruit should have and what the African Mango fruit contains.

There is no mystery: not all fruits are created equal. But, while that is true, we must also bear in mind that the “superfruit” market has become a multi-billion dollar industry and many of the so-called superfruits or products advertised as containing “superfruits” are actually far from what they tell you.

For instance, juices that stir up the idea of superfruits are processed to the degree that there is actually little left, except probably the color and taste.

So what nutrients can we find in the African Mango fruit?

The pulp is made of 80% moisture, 1% crude protein, 1% crude fat, 1% mineral ash, 0,5% crude fiber and 11% carbohydrates. At the same time, the african mango seeds contain 3% moisture, 8% crude protein, 66% crude fat, 2% mineral ash, 10% crude fiber and 11% carbohydrates.

As you can see the African Mango has many nutrients. But which of these nutrients matter the most and why?

The first nutrient we’re going to talk about is fiber and that is because it really is the common nutrient found in all superfruits. There are two kinds of fiber – soluble fibers and lignans (insoluble fibers).

The first kind of fiber, the soluble fiber goes by the name of prebiotic fiber. It creates a watery gel in the upper digestive track and becomes a food source for the good bacteria that lives in our colon. The insoluble fiber doesn’t play any active role in the digestive process. It absorbs water and simply passes through the digestive system.

So, by simply adding fiber to your diet, fiber rich in probiotics like the African Mango seeds, you sustain your natural good bacteria found in the colon; bacteria which promotes digestive health.

African Mango plus

But this is not the only benefit we get by eating food rich in fiber. Here are some other contributions that fiber has:

  • Aids in insulin secretion and glucose absorption; people with diabetes could definitely benefit from this
  • Reducing the absorption of cholesterol
  • Stimulation of the immune system
  • Inhibits the formation of cancerous cells in the lower digestive tract, by increasing the acidity

The African Mango fruit is also a high source of vitamins and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium, sodium and iron. We can also find high amount of vitamin C in the african mango fruit.

Vitamin C – the body’s universal protector

Hundreds of enzymes in our body depend on IRON for their roles in metabolism; vitamin C is the one that preserves iron so that all these enzymes can do their duty.

But not only that, vitamin C protects DNA, other vitamins, fats, carbs from the free radicals that are being produced in our body either by normal metabolism or by exposing ourselves to smoke, pollution, etc…

Such an important vitamin for us was bound to attract ample research activity. In the last century around forty-one thousand medical research titles were published. Here are just a couple of illnesses that Vitamin C helps fight against:

  • Cardiovascular disease such as hypertension and atherosclerosis
  • Anemia
  • Osteoporosis
  • Parkinson’s disease
  • Alzheimer’s disease
  • Progressive blindness in older people

Minerals – essential for good health and easily obtained from African Mango Fruit

vitaminesThe essential minerals found in African Mango are calcium, potassium, magnesium, sodium and iron.

Calcium is essential to bone heath throughout our life. Also it has deep impact in the energy processes in cells, in the functioning of muscle cells.

Iron – many enzymes are dependent on iron for proper functioning, like hemoglobin – the blood carrier of oxygen.

Potassium and sodium are ion channel regulators; lately this process has been used in the treatment of degenerative joint disease.

Magnesium is essential to all cells, over 300 enzymes in our body requiring the presence of magnesium. Low magnesium levels in our body have been associated with asthma, diabetes, osteoporosis and depression.

African Mango Uses

Lately African Mango extract has been used as a treatment for obesity. This is because African mango extract acts on different levels like:

  • Inhibits the process of transforming glucose in fat
  • Enhances leptin sensitivity and lowers C-reactive protein thus acts as a natural appetite suppressant
  • Upregulating the adiponectin levels

Besides these beneficial effects, African Mango can:

  • Lower T-cholesterol and LDL cholesterol
  • Increase HDL-cholesterol – the good cholesterol
  • Lower blood glucose

If you would like to invest in African Mango you should find a product that has 150mg of African Mango extract. African Mango Plus is such a weight loss pill that has been proven to help people lose weight; the average results were around 28 pounds in 10 weeks.

African Mango Extract

herbal medicinesOne of my childhood memories was of my mother staying up all night taking care of me. I was having a fever and a headache. My temperature simply wouldn’t back down. At around 5 a.m. I remember my mother giving me a cup of tea and in a matter of minutes I mumbled to my mother “I see a white knight fighting a dark knight… Look… look… the white knight is winning!”. Instantly I fell asleep and when I woke up the fever was gone.

If you are like me, probably you had an experience when you’ve used an herbal remedy to treat a fever or simply to get an energy boost (raise your hand if you had a coffee in the morning to wake up).

When confronted by weakness or sickness, we always sought medicines from the natural world, especially from the plants.

Basically, we use herbal medicines because:

  • They are safe, when used sensibly
  • Can be self-administered
  • Treat common problems like coughs, headaches, skin problems, etc…
  • Treat chronic problems like mild depression, arthritis
  • Prevent illness
  • Enhance health and performance.
  • Have longstanding traditional use with proven evidence of their effectiveness

The African Mango is well known not just for the fruit, but for the bark, kernels, leaves and roots. For instance the bark of African mango is known for treating diarrhea, hernias, yellow fever, while the boiled bark makes the tooth pain less painful.

The kernel, the seeds of African Mango, on the other hand, has been discovered to aid people trying to lose weight. In the next paragraphs we’ll focus on the process of extracting the active and the benefits of these seeds.

Key Information on African Mango Extract

African Mango Extract The African Mango seeds can be eaten fresh or dried in food (ogbono soup, stews or sauces), taken as powder or processed to produce a concentrated African Mango extract.

In order to produce the extract, the seeds are dried and then washed with a solvent. The solvent dissolves the extractable matter from the seeds. Through distillation, the soluble matter evaporates and then collected in a different recipient. What remains after distillation is a high concentration of African mango extract. This whole process is called solvent extraction and the extract bears the scientific name IGOB131.

These extracts are then prepared into tablets or capsules. High-quality capsules are preferred because they are densely packed and the air can’t circulate through the powder, are easy to take and with little taste. Also the dosage of capsules is standardized and do not have the drawback of tables which may dissolve poorly in the stomach.

The Overall safety of African Mango extract

Being used in the kitchen all the time as a spice, it’s fair to say african mango is safe. The only contraindication would be if you are allergic or hypersensitive to african mango. Also, information on safety during pregnancy is lacking, so it’s best to avoid using it during pregnancy or lactation.

Moreover, a toxicology test was done by administering 1600mg/kg of african mango extract on rats. No deaths occurred within 24h or seven days after administration. Read here more information on African Mango side effects.

African Mango plus

Studies that provide evidence of effectiveness

There were at least 4 studies that provide hard evidence of how effective african mango extract is. We have detailed information about these studies on our African Mango Reviews page. What I would like to point out, is that the extract was proven to:

  • Inhibits the enzymes involved in converting glucose to fat
  • Has beneficial effect on the enzyme involved in adipogenesis and insulin sensitivity
  • Up regulates the adiponectin ( adiponectin is inversely proportional to the body fat, meaning more adiponectin – less fat in the body)
  • Decreases leptin levels and enhances the leptin sensitivity (less food intake and stimulates thermogenesis – more calories burned while at rest)
  • Cuts down T-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol
  • Increases HDL-cholesterol (the “good cholesterol”)
  • Lowers blood glucose

woman measuring waist sizeIt was the day her class reunion date was fixed that the thought of losing weight crept into my sister’s mind. “What will they think of me when I show up like this?” She blocked these dreadful thoughts, not wanting to deal with it just yet.

A few months later, as the class reunion was getting closer and closer, Linda tried her favorite dress. It didn’t fit!

Looking back now, the day she tried that dress was the day she changed her life. But then… it was far from it. My sister was a mess! All the thoughts she blocked surfaced like dead fish in the lake.

Linda realized she had to lose weight, but she feared all the changes she would have to make and all the things she would have to give up. “What to eat, when and how much to eat, what types of exercises are best, what gym I should attend, what outfit should I buy, DO I NEED A PERSONAL TRAINER?” – All this was going through her mind.

It was all too confusing and with the reunion just around the corner, it was too much to digest all at once.

Now I ask you, the same questions I asked her. Do you think it’s necessary to make all those changes to lose weight? Do you think it’s possible to change all your habits overnight and not fall into your old habits after a short period of time? Do you really think you need a personal trainer??

What she did was to make a couple of small changes here and there and used African Mango Plus. Often times, big problems are solved by a sequence of small solutions, sometimes over weeks, sometimes over months.

How did African Mango Plus work for Linda

What African Mango did for my sister was to raise her body temperature so that she would burn fat. Now, don’t imagine you will be running all day with a fever… no. Your body temperature will raise just enough so you would burn more calories at rest than before.

My sister was always an emotion eater and I think on some level we can all relate to that. Whenever we are happy, sad, bored we tend to go for a specific type of food. What do you reach for when you are sad?

When sad, Linda always went for a chocolate with a caramel filling – it was her comfort food.

Even on this level, she got help from African Mango. African Mango simply stomped her cravings and reduced her appetite. I was amazed at how much her portion size changed. And even if her portion was a bit larger one day, she always knew when to stop. It was like her body was aware at how much energy it needs and stopped when that energy level was met.

This is probably the most amazing thing African Mango does. It regulates our “starvation hormone”, called leptin, so that our brain receives the right signals and tells us that we’re full and that we should stop eating.

African Mango plus

In just two months, Linda lost 21 pounds. And that’s just my sister. In 2009 a study was conducted on 102 healthy, overweight and/or obese volunteers. Have a look at the charts below, my sister and I put up together, and see the results.

Basically, what African Mango does is:

  • Helps you lose weight
  • Melts fat
  • Suppresses appetite
  • Stomps cravings
  • Lowers total cholesterol
  • Drops down significantly C-Reactive protein level
  • Cuts down the LDL-cholesterol – also known as the “bad cholesterol”
  • Up-regulates the adiponectin level
  • Brings down the glucose
  • Increases the “good cholesterol”, HDL-cholesterol
  • Down-regulates the Leptin levels in our bloodstream

How to best use African Mango so that you too can Lose Weight

Before I tell you how things went at my sisters’ class reunion, I should tell you some tips on how to take African mango and also you should have a look at my other post about African Mango Side Effects.

  • Take African Mango 8 weeks twice a day (in the morning and in the afternoon) and then do a 4 weeks break
  • Or take 12 weeks but don’t take it in the weekends.
  • Don’t take it in the evenings or you will most likely have difficulty sleeping
  • Remember not do drink coffee. Each serving of African Mango contains 200mg of caffeine.

Order your African Mango Plus from the official website located here. The best offer you can get I believe it’s the one if you buy two months supply and you get one month supply for free (that’s around $33 for each month). You could also get 3 months supply and get 3 months supply for free, that would be $24.9 a month, but if you implement the break system I was talking about earlier, your bottles will last you longer.

Oh, and my system had a blast at the class reunion. Needless to say the dress fit and she was more confident than ever before. Also, her high school boyfriend flirted with his right in front of her fiancée.

African Mango Side Effects

African Mango Side Effects

With so much hype around this product, TV, newspapers, internet, it’s only natural that one should try and find as much information as possible.

Why is African mango such a big deal? Any risks involved? Is it just an African mango scam? This article should answer your African mango questions and help you decide if it’s the right weight loss supplement for you.

More importantly, you won’t get partial information. Other websites will give information only about the African Mango extract. But as we all know, pills don’t have just one ingredient. So it is essential to discuss the side effects of all ingredients you find in an African mango capsule.

Here are a few things you will discover as you read this article:

  • The side effects of African Mango extract
  • Other ingredients used and their side effects
  • How to take African Mango so you reap the full benefits
  • What happens if you stop using African Mango

Does African Mango Extract have any Side Effects?

Want to get thinner and more attractive – and get there a lot faster?

African mango works! Nutritionists know this, doctors know this, and the people who tried it also know it.

But be careful – weight the benefits against the risks before you decide to put anything in your body. It goes without saying that you should apply this rule on anything from diet soda to the skin product you’re using to the amazing weight loss supplement called African mango.

Don’t worry, it’s not anything scary. It’s no Ephedra. Actually…

African mango extract has no side-effects!

One study conducted in 2009 observed the beneficial effects of African Mango on 102 volunteers. Divided into two groups, one group was given 150mg of African Mango, while the other group a placebo, in a double blinded fashion.

The study concluded:

Treatment of overweight and obese subjects with IGOB131 was well-tolerated.

As you might have guessed it, the IGOB131 is the chemical term for the African mango extract.

Only 6 volunteers reported headaches and sleep difficulty.

And the funny part is that the incidence of all reported side effects was similar in the placebo group as well as in the treatment group.

You know how they say placebos can have a healing effect? Our mind has more control over the body than we think it has. But just as it can have a healing effect, it can also have side effects. The 6 volunteers (3 from the treatment group and 3 from the placebo group) that reported some side effects were just experiencing the nocebo effect. We all like to worry and overthink things too much, don’t we?

Moreover, African Mango is used on a daily basis as soup thickener by locals in the West Africa. People would probably stop using the African Mango seeds if it would constantly give them headaches or trouble sleeping, don’t you think?

African Mango Benefits

Other Ingredients and Their Side Effects

African MangoWhat about the other ingredients? Green tea is probably the most common side-kick of African Mango. Green tea is well known for its benefits. While helping with mental alertness and thinking, green tea can also help with weight loss, various cancers, Parkinson disease, low blood pressure, chronic fatigue, dental cavities, kidney stones and skin damage. Green tea is considered safe to use by most adults.

Another common ingredient used in African Mango is caffeine. Each serving has 200mg of caffeine. We advise to stay away of caffeine only if you have severe allergic reaction to it. Otherwise it’s a great ingredient.

“I read the reviews on the level of caffeine contained in each pill, and was a bit worried because I drink 1 cup of coffee most days of the week, but not every day. With the pills, now I just don’t drink coffee in the morning at work, only on the weekends (because I like the taste of it), but I still don’t get any caffeine jitters when I take the pills AND have coffee!” – This is just one of the many feedbacks concerning the caffeine level found in African mango capsules.

All natural pills may cause side effects, but most people experience minor or no side effects. Ask yourself how much coffee is too much?

Research shows that 100-200mg of caffeine per day will increase your energy and alertness. Headaches or trouble sleeping will only occur if the dosage goes up to 400-750mg of caffeine.

It’s considered safe and well tolerated to take around three 6-ounces cups of coffee per day. That’s about 300mg of caffeine.

Chromium is another ingredient used in many weight loss pills for its benefits. Chromium helps you lose weight, build muscle and decrease body fat. Although the daily dosage of Chromium is 50-200mcg per day, studies have shown that volunteers using 1000mcg per day have shown little side effects. Most African Mango capsules contain around 75mcg, that’s around 63% of the daily value.

This is another ingredient you will find in African Mango weight loss pills that has little or no side effects.

African Mango as you can see is all natural with little side effects. And after all, these little side effects are quite bearable for the enormous benefit they provide: lose weight, be healthier and feel terrific!

If you search for a weight loss pill that has all these ingredients with so many benefits and little side effects (most of these ingredients are so common that millions use them) we strongly recommend African Mango Plus. It has all these ingredients and the right dosage: 150mg of African mango extract, 200mg caffeine, 75mcg of Chromium and 225mg of green tea leaf extract. The right ingredients and the right dosage!

How to take African Mango for Full Benefits

At first, when you start using African Mango, you will feel your body pumped! But after a few weeks, your body will get used to it and adjust. So, in order to avoid this, you could choose to:

  • Take 8 weeks and then do a 4 weeks break or,
  • Take 12 weeks African Mango but stop taking it during weekends

What happens if you stop taking African Mango?

Many of us are worried that after taking a weight loss pill we will suffer some kind of withdrawal symptoms or that we won’t be able to stop taking it. This is not true with African Mango, especially if you take it the way we’ve showed you. It will prevent your body to get used to African Mango.

Another thing that people are worried about is that after you stop using African Mango you will start gaining weight. And it’s a fair point. After you stop taking African Mango which increases metabolism it’s only natural that your metabolism will slow down – this means your body will need less energy to sustain itself. So… if you eat the same, you will gain weight, right?

And that’s a fair point to make. But by the time you consider to stop taking the supplement, it will have already worked its magic. Your leptin levels will be regulated and you will be able to tell on your own (actually your body) when to stop eating. You will be able to adapt, naturally.

As a conclusion, African Mango is a great all-natural weight loss supplement with no side effects. African Mango Scam

By now you’ve probably heard some stories about African mango and you’re wondering if the claims are true. We’ve done the research for you so by the end of the article you will be able to decide if African Mango works as you’ve read or not.

What we’ll cover in this post:

  • Key study conducted in 2009 with some invaluable information about African Mango
  • The safety of this product
  • What to be aware of when buying African Mango.

Do not let yourself be dazzled by all the fake stories around African Mango. Other sites will probably try and mesmerize you with success stories or private studies they’ve conducted. If those studies haven’t been published or conducted by a reputable organisation then they are probably just made up.

This is not the case of the study published in Lipids in Health and Disease.  This study was conducted in the early 2009 on a 102 healthy, overweight and obese volunteers. They were split into two groups, one being given 150mg of Irvingia Gabonensis extract while the other group receiving a placebo. The main findings of this study were:

  • African Mango induces weight loss, volunteers dropping on average 28.16 pounds at the end of 10 weeks.
  • Waist size was reduced by 6.69 inches
  • Total cholesterol was lowered by 26.2%
  • The HDL cholesterol (the “good cholesterol”) was increased, also the adiponectin level was raised by 159%
  • Glucose level cut down by 22.5%
  • Fat percentage cut down by 6.3%
  • C – Reactive Protein level was dropped by 52%

Here is a chart we’ve made so you can have a visual idea of the impact the Irvingia Gabonensis has as opposed to a placebo.

 African Mango is Natural

African Mango is all natural and safe

The study also concluded that the use of African Mango was well tolerated. Out of all the 102 participants, 5 of them reported headaches, 6 – difficulty sleeping and other 6 reported intestinal flatulence. It is worth mentioning that the incidence of the side effects was similar in the placebo group as well as in the treatment group.

So the main thing you should look for is a product that contains the exact amount of Irvingia Gabonesis extract and that is 150mg. We’ve found out that African Mango Plus is a product that contains this exact dosage of Irvingia Gabonensis seed extract. Other products may be cheaper but they will not have the proper dosage. You’d be better off taking a placebo and saving all the money then throwing your money on product which doesn’t work.

Also, another thing to point out is that other websites don’t provide you with the exact ingredient list. This is very important, as you should be aware of the possible interactions between the ingredients.

African Mango Plus contains African mango extract, caffeine, green tea, EGCG (potent extract of green tea), L-Theanine (reduces mental and physical stress) and chromium polynicotinate (decreases weight gain and fat accumulation).

Caffeine and green tea are well known to work very well in combination. They all work together to give you the best possible results:

  • Increased metabolism
  • Burn Fat
  • Higher energy levels
  • Exceptional good mood
  • No more cravings
  • Suppress you appetite

African Mango – How I Discovered the Secret to Healthy, Long Term Weight Loss

This is the story of a product that genuinely changed my life. I’m sharing it because I am sure that there are many other people out there who feel just as unhappy as I used to because they are having trouble shedding extra weight, and I hope that learning what I learned can give them the same opportunity to transform how they look and feel.

Like so many women, I gained weight throughout my twenties and found myself in my mid thirties weighing far more than I wanted to. I found myself wearing frumpy clothes, feeling completely unattractive, and my lack of confidence was holding me back from pursuing the things I really wanted in life – a great partner, my dream job, even going on vacation where I wanted to because I was afraid of showing my body on the beach.

It all came to a head when someone from work posted photos of an office night out on Facebook. Seeing not only how fat I looked, but also how miserable compared with all my co-workers, I resolved to lose weight once and for all.

I started out, as most people do, with a reduced calorie diet and an exercise regime. I began to lose weight, slowly, but it was progress in the right direction. Sadly though, with39 pounds still left to go to my target weight, I hit a plateau. Nothing I did seemed to make the scales budge anymore.

After several weeks of this, I was ready to give up. It seemed like I just wasn’t destined to be thin and happy again. Luckily, before I did, a friend suggested to me that I look into natural weight loss supplements, and during my research on the subject I saw Dr. Oz on ABC talking about a “breakthrough supplement”. He was talking about African Mango. Dr. Oz went on to say that the most significant ingredient in the African Mango pills is a plant extract called Irvingia Gabonensis – any supplements calling themselves African Mango that do not contain this will serve only as a placebo at best. Visit here the Official African mango website.

Inspired by what I had seen, I looked for more information about African Mango and Irvingia Gabonesis, and what I found out convinced me to try it. Here are some of the facts that helped to send me on my journey to a healthy weight and a better life:

What is Invingia Gabonesis?

A quick search on the origins of the active ingredient on Wikipedia showed me that it is a 100% natural ingredient and commonly used in the normal diets of people in tropicalAfrica:

“Irvingia is a genus of African and Southeast Asian trees in the family Irvingiaceae, sometimes known by the common names wild mango, African mango, or bush mango. They bear edible mango-like fruits, and are especially valued for their fat and protein-rich nuts.”

Bush MangoThe tropical rainforest of African spreads from Liberia to Congo, with most of it concentrated in Congo. It is in these untamed forests that African Mango grows, and it is in these parts the local people cook the African Mango seeds, which are known locally as “ogbono”.

The ogbono seeds are a powerful thickening agent, commonly used in soups. Ogbono based soup is popular in Nigeria but also in Liberia, the Ivory Coast, Cameroon, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon and Congo.

The locals, as you can see, have been using this remarkable fruit for centuries, but only recently were its miraculous health benefits discovered.

This convinced me that the supplement was natural and safe, but would it work? My research led me to the results of four studies into the effects of African Mango on people trying to lose weight:

The First Study into the Effects of Invingia Gabonesis Returns Astonishing Results

The first study I found was conducted in 2005, entitled “The effects of Irvingia Gabonensis seeds on body weight and blood lipids of obese subjects in Cameroon”.

The study was conducted on 40 obese people aged 18 to 55. They followed no diet and took no weight loss reduction medication. Two groups were made, one group being given African Mango and the other one an oat bran placebo.

Over a four week period the subjects were given 350 mg of African Mango seed extract. The subjects were to take 3 capsules a day, 30 minutes before meals with a glass of warm water.

After 4 weeks, these astonishing results came in:

  • Test volunteers lost on average 9 pounds versus only 0.22 pounds with placebo. That’s 40x the average amount of weight lost then dieting alone!
  • The waist circumference was reduced by 1.2 inches only in 2 weeks, and by 2.4 inches in 4 weeks!
  • Hip circumference was cut by 1.1 inches in 2 weeks, and 1.8 inches by the end of the 4 week trial period.
  • The initial T-cholesterol of the test volunteers was on average 215. By the time the treatment was done it was lowered to 130! That’s 39.21% T-cholesterol reduction.
  • The “good cholesterol” was up from 61.23 to 89.9. That’s 46.8% increased HDL-cholesterol.
  • The “bad cholesterol” was brought down from 121.37 to 66.08. Clearly a 45.58% decrease in LDL-cholesterol is no joke!

The conclusion the authors of the study reached, was:

“Considering the wide use of Irvingia gabonensis in the preparation of various dishes in Cameroon, its use should be further encouraged for the purposes of control of dietary lipids as well as for weight reduction.”

African mango

Naturally, due to the promising results the weight loss pill offered, more studies soon followed.

A Second study proves African Mango Works even Better in Combination with Other Extracts

A second study was carried out in March 2008, involving 72 clinically obese or overweight subjects. The participants were divided into 3 groups of 24: one group being given placebo, the second cissus quadrangularis and the third cissus quadrangularis and Irvingia gabonensis together. Cissus quadrangularis is a medicinal plant also known as Veldt Grape.

This time the volunteers were given the capsules just twice a day before meals and there were no major dietary changes or exercise suggestions during the study.

The results of African Mango in combination with Veldt Grape were even more astounding.

Over the course of the study the third group managed to:

  • Drop 11.86% of their initial body weight and a total of 26 pounds!
  • Get rid of 20.06% of their body fat!
  • Drop 8.6 inches from the waist!
  • Get healthier by reducing the total cholesterol by 44.3%!
  • Bring down LDL-cholesterol levels by 48.69%!
  • Reduce the risk of developing diabetes by lowering the blood glucose to 68.56% of the initial measurement.

The charts below tell the story of the second study conducted. I invite you to take your time and evaluate the results of this study – it really is amazing.

The results of these two studies had certainly convinced me that African Mango, particularly when used as a specially prepared supplement in combination with other active ingredients, certainly helped people to lose weight. I was itching to try it, but I still wanted to know how it worked. The third study had the answer.

A Third Study Shows how African Mango Influences the Formation of Fat or Fatty Tissue

The third study was published in November, 2008. It explains the science behind this miracle product.

It turns out that African Mango has a three pronged effect. It down-regulates leptin and PPAR gamma but at the same time up-regulates the adiponectin protein.

So what is leptin? What is adiponectin? And how is PPAR gamma affecting our bodies?

Irvingia Gabonesis Reduces Leptin Resistance, Controlling Your Appetite Naturally

Leptin is known as the “obesity hormone”, “fat hormone” and also the “starvation hormone”. It is a protein produced in our fat cells that regulates energy intake and energy expenditure. Leptin enters the bloodstream, signaling to the brain that your intake and expenditure of energy is within normal parameters.

The main issue with leptin is that overweight people tend to develop leptin resistance. The fatter we are, the more leptin we have in our bloodstream.

So, while we do get the sufficient calories we need, our brain doesn’t receive a signal telling us we’ve had enough. It asks for more. After a big meal, the only sign we get to being full, is from a bursting stomach – and by the time you’re feeling that you have already eaten far too much.

Irvingia Gabonensis reduces leptin resistance so less leptin is produced and our brain is able to manage our sense of hunger and satiety more efficiently. This basically enables us to know when to stop eating, naturally reducing food intake.

Irvingia Gabonesis Increases Metabolism Without Increasing Appetite

AdiponectinAdiponectin is a “good hormone” produced in the fat tissue. It regulates a number of metabolic processes and it has been proven to have anti-diabetic, anti-atherosclerotic and anti-inflammatory functions.

The trouble is, in an overweight person’s system, adiponectin is in short supply. In contrast to the leptin levels, adiponectin levels are inversely proportional to body fat content.

The study conducted proved that African Mango stimulates the up-regulation of adiponectin. The result of this is that it will:

  • Increase metabolism
  • Reduce the risk of type II diabetes
  • Will not increase appetite (unlike other metabolic stimulants).

Irvingia Gabonensis Inhibits PPAR-Gamma Protein, Effectively “Blinding” Fat Cells

PPAR-Gamma (Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma, to give it its full name) is one of the family of receptors responsible for regulating the burning or storing of fat.

The study demonstrated that African Mango inhibits the formation of fat by inhibiting the PPAR-gamma protein levels.

Think of the PPAR-gamma as the fat cells’ “eye”. Irvingia Gabonensis shuts this eye, meaning that the cells have difficulty seeing fatty acids and therefore absorbing them, leaving fat formation dramatically reduced.

I didn’t need any further convincing, but a final, longer study compounded the evidence of the first three, cementing the scientific evidence behind African Mango’s power as a weight loss aid:

The Final Study Cements the Findings about African Mango

The study was conducted in 2009 and 102 overweight and/or obese volunteers (BMI > 25) participated.  Randomly split into two groups, they were given either 150mg of Irvingia gabonensis or a placebo 30-60 minutes before meals over a 10 week period.

The volunteers were asked not to change their lifestyle.

Measurements were taken after 4, 8 and 10 weeks. By the10th week, considerable differences were noticed between the two groups. The group that was given Irvingia gabonensis was able to:

  • Drop on average 28.16 pounds!
  • Reduce waist size by 6.69 inches compared to only 2.09 inches by the placebo group!
  • Reduce total fat percent by 6.3%
  • Lower “bad cholesterol” by 27.3%
  • Take down the total cholesterol by 26.2%
  • Cut down the glucose levels by 22.5%
  • Increase the adiponectin levels (the “good hormone” as you remember) by a staggering 159%
  • Substantially decrease C-Reactive Protein levels (the levels of which rise in response to inflammation) by 52% compared to 1.2% in the placebo group

See the charts below for a visual understanding of the findings in this 4th study.

Armed with all of this information, I was filled with a new hope that I really could succeed in losing weight; I’d just been going about it the wrong way. Here’s why my original approach, which is the approach most people adopt of eating less and exercising more, couldn’t work on its own:

Why Dieting Alone is an Uphill Struggle

Reducing caloric intake will enable you to lose some weight, as it did for me, but when you reduce what you eat you are fighting against your own body, from both a physical and a mental perspective.

Small Diet MealA restrictive diet takes a lot of strength and willpower to stick to. Many dieters find themselves preoccupied with foods that aren’t “allowed”, and if they do succumb to temptation as a result of this (or just through sheer hunger), if they’re anything like me, they feel guilty and as if they have failed. This is the reason why 45% of dieters give up and plenty of those who do reach their goal regain the weight they lost within a year.

Even for somebody with iron willpower (which certainly wasn’t me), as a result of the need to survive when food was less readily available, the human body is designed to resist weight loss. When the calorie intake significantly drops, the body enters “starvation mode”, and tries to conserve energy. The result of this is powerful:

Lowering your calories by 25% severely impacts your metabolism, meaning:

  • Your heart rate slows down
  • Body temperature goes down
  • Blood pressure goes down
  • You get hungrier and crave more food
  • You burn fewer calories

Your body becomes more efficient at storing fat, less efficient at burning it, and you feel hungrier. No wonder it is so hard to lose weight!

Additionally, dropping 25% of your calories affects your mental state, too. As the body tries to “save fuel” you experience:

  • Irritability
  • Confusion, disorientation
  • Inability to focus

Most of us have plenty of things and people we need to get along with in our day to day lives, and it can take months or even years of dieting to reach our goals. Can anybody really handle being mentally below par and no fun to be around for all that time?

Considering all of this, it is actually no wonder I, and so many others struggled to lose weight as effectively as they wanted to just by curbing food intake – it really is an uphill struggle.

Exercise too, Needs a Little Help to Get You to Your goals

The traditional means of losing weight prescribes not only that we take in less calories, but also that we increase the amount we burn off with exercise. This is absolutely correct, and even when I began to lose weight more efficiently with African Mango, I still made sure I kept up the regime of exercise I had started with my original diet – it made me feel a lot better, and it offers innumerable health benefits all of its own. But why, even with regular sessions at the gym, did my weight loss plateau so dramatically before I began taking African Mango?

MuffinIn my case, I have to admit that after exercise I would sometimes treat myself to a “reward”. The exercise made me hungry, and of course, my body was telling me I needed more fuel – it was in starvation mode. After a long session at the gym I would feel I could afford to snack, and often, the calories in the muffin I would buy were far greater than the number of calories I’d actually burnt off. I was getting fitter, certainly, but the weight wasn’t coming off.

The other side of the coin is where people exercise without eating enough. This pushes the body further into starvation mode, and leaves them feeling weak or dizzy – the body doesn’t want to relinquish its stores of energy (your fat) if it thinks you’re not keeping them well stocked. Either way, it is difficult to win.

This is why, having read the studies and done my research, I understood how African Mango as part of a supplement regimen was going to help. By changing my hormone levels, it could stop my body fighting back against my efforts.

African Mango Destroys Cravings, Boosts Energy Levels and Enhances Mood

African MangoAfrican Mango is a powerful ally in your struggle to lose weight. The Irvingia Gabonensis seed extract blocks C – Reactive protein which means your brain will receive the correct levels of leptin. You will start feeling full faster, eating less and without even thinking about it you will be on a low calorie diet – naturally!  Remember, the people in the studies were not asked to make any conscious changes to their diet. With the hormone levels redressed, your body will control how much you eat as a natural response, meaning you won’t go into starvation mode, and you won’t experience cravings.

This is a big mental switch: from a conscious low caloric diet, which involves a lot of willpower, to a natural unconscious low caloric diet – as your body demands it! Your own body – fighting alongside with you against a common enemy: the extra pounds.

When it comes to exercise, you don’t have to do anything more then you already do to get results. African Mango increases metabolism – as proven in the studies. If you do enjoy exercising, and it’s best you try and add some exercise to your daily routine for all of the other health benefits, the ingredients in the African Mango pill, namely natural coffee extract and green tea extract, provide you with increased energy levels. This makes every workout more effective, and more enjoyable.

African Mango also fights the possible changes in your mental state due to dieting. You won’t experience irritability, lack of focus or confusion. African Mango contains L-Theanine – a powerful amino acid.

Able to cross the blood-brain barrier, theanine has psychoactive properties. Theanine has been shown to reduce mental and physical stress, and improves cognition and mood in a synergistic manner with caffeine – Wikipedia.

Feeling happy, energetic and positive was, for me, almost as great an effect of the supplement as the weight loss itself.

Finally, when compared with other supplements, African Mango reduces stress on the liver. Unlike other weight loss pills that you need to take 5-6 times a day, with African Mango you only have to take it twice a day, half an hour before meals.

My results were incredible, and I can’t begin to explain how much better I felt as soon as I began using African Mango to help me reach my weight loss goals. It may sound extreme to say that a product as simple as this changed my life, but it genuinely did. Not only do I look and feel much better, and have found the confidence to make other positive moves in my life, but also, I now know that I wasn’t a failure because I couldn’t lose weight before, I was just fighting a losing battle against my body.

African Mango Benefits

Delaying is Your Own Worst Enemy

The most important thing that African Mango helps you with is focusing on the things that matter the most to you. I was once told that losing weight is 80% mental, 10% diet and 10% exercise. African Mango takes away all of the struggle associated with the diet part, and helps you feel mentally positive throughout the whole weight loss process.

Just as your body opposes weight loss (which as you can see, African Mango corrects), a lack of confidence to take decisive action can also sabotage your efforts to lose weight.

This lack of self-belief will try and con you into believing things like: “Maybe this African Mango is good, but it will not work for me”. Have faith in your ability to lose weight.

“I’ll do it later” – another sentence your sabotaging part will whisper into your ear. Don’t listen to: “I can’t go jogging until I have the perfect running shoes, but I can’t afford the perfect running shoes until I have lowered the balance on my credit cards.” With every excuse comes another day living unhappily when you could be on your way to a better, happier life.

State your objective loud and clear! Make it in the present-tense and make it a high priority. What we do today is our own choosing. Choose to lose weight. There is no reason why you should not start taking positive steps to lose weight and improve your life right now.

Whatever you decide: whether you try African Mango or go down a different path, do it today. This is probably the most important thing to remember: delaying is your own worst enemy.
