African mango without caffeine – is it better?
Over 85% of the American people consume caffeine on a regular basis – so is African mango with caffeine bad?
Why is it that everyday people drink coffee or even use supplements (just like African mango) containing caffeine? Some people can’t even start their day without coffee.
First of all, it’s the smell… coming out of the kitchen right into your bedroom, waking you up just like a gentle touch on your skin.

Caffeine in African mango will boost your alertness, your focus and your energy.
But, we’re not here to discuss the flavors, the smell or the way people drink their coffee. Because using it in a supplement strips it of these attributes. You’d use supplements for their enhancing qualities.
The main reason people use it is for the alertness, the wakefulness or the fact that you can improve you information processing. Your attention is higher and you can go on doing more stuff before the 3pm slump hits you hard.
Another reason would be that caffeine was found to promote weight loss in some form, especially combined with green tea. Green tea and caffeine promote less weight loss alone, than when used together. This is a great info, because if you do plan to take a supplement, it would be best to find one that has both of them.
I could also go on how caffeine is great for diabetes, gallstones, how it can fight Parkinson’s disease, Alzheimer’s disease or even asthma. But it’s not the case. Let’s see why you’d not use it, apart from the obvious reason – you have developed an allergy to it.
This is where we get to caffeine dependency. Because let’s face it, this is why almost all people dread. Caffeine is in fact a stimulant, no need to hide this fact behind the bush. But it’s a mild one; it was even placed on the FDA’s safe list.
Of course one of the pitfalls of taking stimulants is the dosage. You can increase the dosage and risk heart failure, high blood pressure or be conscious of the fact caffeine is a stimulant and it’s best used in no more than 400mg per day (not at once).
Others see consuming caffeine, coffee or caffeine based supplements as a weakness.
Is it a sign of weakness the fact that you drink a coffee to be more alert, to be sharper, to lose weight? If that the case, is using a computer to do you computations a sign of weakness too? Is it a sign of failure to do high number multiplication? Obviously not.
We are not weak – everything we do, we do it to make our life easier and besides… everybody has his “addictions” so to speak. Shopping could be considered as an addiction, for example. But if you think about it, it’s an extension of your personality.
If everything we do could be called as an addition, then we’d better return to primitivism. But we make things to have a better life, an improved life.
It’s not a dependency if you look at it as an extension to help you be better, to help you lose weight. And this is in fact African mango – a supplement to help you lose weight. The decisions what to eat, what to exercise, how much walking you should do each day – these are all up to you. And if you don’t take any step in that direction, no pill will melt your excess fat.

Leaving this aside here is our own BMI calculator, which granted, isn’t much, but to satisfy your curiosity and as well as mine, I’ve made this little app. You can download and install it from here:
I myself have added 6.5 pounds of fat (got myself on the scale on the 1st January). I was getting really concerned; 6.5 pounds it’s nothing but it’s the idea that I was back on the wrong track, that I would get even fatter – this was really killing me.

Having the right supplement to help you in your weight loss journey can make or break your plans.
